Guidelines for Oral Presentation
- Preview Room: All presenters are recommended to visit the Preview Room to check and submit their presentation at least 40 minutes before the session starts.
- File Format: PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
- Slide Orientation: 16:9 Ratio
- Font & Size: The minimum recommended font size is 24pt and the default font is highly recommended.
Guidelines for Poster Exhibition
- E-Poster: The poster exhibition will be held in e-poster format.
- Contents: The poster title, names, and affiliations of authors should appear at the top, and contents should follow the abstract structure.
Steps for Abstract Submission

Sign up and complete your registration.

Step 2
Access "Abstract Submission" and submit your abstract(s).
A confirmation letter will be sent to you via email.

Step 3
Review, modification, and withdrawal are available until the abstract submission deadline.

Step 4
A notification of acceptance will be sent to you via email.
The Committee of Scientific Affairs may change your presentation type.
