Guidelines for Oral Presentation
  • Preview Room: All presenters are recommended to visit the Preview Room to check and submit their presentation at least 40 minutes before the session starts.
  • File Format: PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
  • Slide Orientation: 16:9 Ratio
  • Font & Size: The minimum recommended font size is 24pt and the default font is highly recommended.
Guidelines for Poster Exhibition
  • E-Poster: The poster exhibition will be held in e-poster format.
  • Contents: The poster title, names, and affiliations of authors should appear at the top, and contents should follow the abstract structure.
Steps for Abstract Submission
  • Step 1

    Sign up and complete your registration.

  • Step 2

    Access "Abstract Submission" and submit your abstract(s).
    A confirmation letter will be sent to you via email.

  • Step 3

    Review, modification, and withdrawal are available until the abstract submission deadline.

  • Step 4

    A notification of acceptance will be sent to you via email.
    The Committee of Scientific Affairs may change your presentation type.
