3. Guidelines for Oral Presentation
  • Date & Time: TBD
  • Preview Room: All presenters are recommended to visit Preview Room to check and submit your presentation at least 40 minutes before the session starts.
  • File Format: Microsoft Office PowerPoint
  • Landscape Type: 16:9 Ratio
  • Font & Size: The minimum recommended font size is 24pt and the default font is highly recommended.
4. Guidelines for Poster Exhibition
  • E-Poster: The poster exhibition will be held in e-poster format.
  • Submission: Each poster should be submitted by September 30 to the Secretariat via email.
  • Contents: The poster title, names and affiliations of authors should appear at the top and contents should be in the order of abstract structure.
5. Steps for Abstract Submission
  • Step 1

    Please complete your sign-up and registration.

  • Step 2

    Access to “Abstract Submission” and submit your abstracts.
    The confirmation letter will be sent to you via email.

  • Step 3

    Review or modification and withdrawal will be available until the deadline for abstract submission.

  • Step 4

    The notification of acceptance will be sent to you via email.
    The Committee of Scientific Affairs may change your presentation type.
