1. Invitation Letter for Visa Application

- This is for the participants those who are the nationals of non-visa waiver countries.
- Please note that only participants who have completed their registration can apply for an invitation letter.
- This application is available only to participants who have paid their registration fee and completed registration process.

2. Procedure

• Step 1. Complete your registration.
• Step 2. Visit [Visa] page to check whether you are a national of a non-visa waiver country.
• Step 3. Click the button [Request for Invitation Letter] below and fill out all required information.
• Step 4. Once your request is made, you can expect the invitation letter to be emailed to you within a week.

* Please note that guarantee letters for visa purposes will not be issued under any circumstances.
